Xaghra, GozoThe village of Xaghra is most famous for the Ggantija temples, reputedly the oldest free standing man-made structures in the world, dating back to 3500 BC.

Xaghra also boasts the impressive Parish Basilica of Our Lady of Victories, Ta' Kola Windmill, Toy Museum, Xaghra Stone Circle, Santa Venera Temple remains and several caverns and grottos.

Nearby is Gozo's largest sandy beach at Ramla Bay and, high above it, Calypso Cave.
